Job description
The Business Analyst will play a key role in driving implementation of our Internal Applications, Products and ServiceNow solutions. Good to have IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) domains experience. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients product owner, business and IT teams, to identify requirements, design.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst serves as a translator between technical teams and the client’s business community to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed. This position is within the context of an Agile team employing a Scrum development framework. The Business Analyst defines detailed stories and epics, with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and ICF’s technology team and facilitates meetings with client and internal technical and operational teams.
Establish demand intake process and animate intake reviews
Work with product owner, business and IT stakeholders to identify and document requirements
Define detailed stories and epics based on business requirements
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and usage of applications, products and ServiceNow solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization
Deliverables:
Detailed documentation of requirements, design, and configuration of internal applications, products and ServiceNow solutions
Define KPI & success metrics.
Training materials and user guides for end-users
Requirements:
Ability to interact with Business stakeholders, Product Owners and Clients to understand requirements and to document them in detail
Knowledge in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM processes and best practices – Good to have
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Configuration Management – Good to have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer – Good to have
