Job Title: Practice Lead : Cyber Security
We are a California based company looking for a Practice Lead to grow our Cyber Security Practice, Consulting division globally from India.
Responsibilities:
Experience: 8 plus Salary: DOE Location: Hyderabad, Telangana 08/08/2022
- Develop, enhance Cyber Security solutions / Services roadmap, services catalog and team.
- Design, build Cyber Security, Information Security solutions, in line with market treads, global demand.
- Build partnerships with Security products and solution providers capable of delivering solutions globally.
- Lead team acquisition strategies / activities, hiring strategy to grow the team.
- Manage, strategize team training in Security solution and products.
- Own Practice sales, growth, expansion and P&L.
- Should have at least 10 plus years of experience in IT Services / Professional Services.
- Prior experience playing a role of a manager or lead or head of a practice in an IT Services provider / company.
- Experience in Cyber Security, Information Security as a leader, with experience leading strategic initiatives, establishing partnerships and teams.
- Need experience building a practice, team and in leading & owning business development activities.
- Be hands-on in creating training, marketing content and in leading technical solutioning and client discussions.
- Ability to work independently and travel globally.
